Bow Falls , Banff National Park, Canada
Acrylic on canvas, Summer 2015
As we were exploring the Jasper national park, we stopped to see lake Bow and saw this water fall far far away in the back ground. It 's called Bow Falls.
we started a 2 hour hike with my rolled canvas and Philip carrying the back pack filled my paints and brushes. I can say it was the most adventurous part of our trip. we had to stop and find shelter from a thunderstorm and heavy rain and finally I was able to find an open field to have a good view of the Fall. I Cleared a piece of ground to put my large canvas directly on the gound and start painting. This was the first time I experienced painting like this, as if I was painting on earth itself.
I took this picture from unrolled unstreched canvas. "Bow fall"painting will be soon framed and ready to introduce itself to my art lovers.
